Abstract

This article will focus its efforts on functional diversity as an axis to explain the possible relationships for the integration of diversity in the social contract, as well as the fundamental structuring for the distribution of justice, taking into account the contributions of Braidotti's nomadic ethics (2009), as well as the postulates of posthumanism of the same author (2013). Finally, sufficient conditions will be proposed for the reformulation of embodied subjects through the understanding of functional diversity under the parameters of nomadism and prosthetic realities, as well as its integration into bioethical contractualism.
