The incardination required of the clerics by law can create a conflict in the case of the consecrated and of members of Societies of apostolic life; clerics who request to leave their Institute or Society or who are expelled from them, but however they want to continue practising their ordained ministry. The different conflicting suppositions are studied and the possible canonical solutions are indicated.Downloads
