This article addresses relevant elements for the educational accompaniment processes for youth with a gender perspective, through the reflective analysis of the challenges faced by young people in the current context, from the approach of accompaniment of Fe y Alegría Dominicana, presenting the actions carried out in the youth orientation process, taking into account the different areas of the school.
