In the 21st century we cannot continue resolving conflicts at school as in the 19th century (punishments and more punishments). It is essential to train students with effective tools and help them develop emotional and social skills so that they themselves are the ones who resolve these conflicts in a respectful and assertive way and thus improve coexistence inside and outside the classroom.
