Abstract

In the 21st century we cannot continue resolving conflicts at school as in the 19th century (punishments and more punishments). It is essential to train students with effective tools and help them develop emotional and social skills so that they themselves are the ones who resolve these conflicts in a respectful and assertive way and thus improve coexistence inside and outside the classroom.

Mercedes Arana Amor, Colegio La Presentación de Nuestra Señora

Diplomada en Educación Primaria en el CES Don Bosco y licenciada en Psicopedagogía en el CES Don Bosco. Certificación Internacional de Disciplina Positiva en el Aula. Actualmente desarrolla su labor profesional en el Departamento de Orientación para todas las etapas del Colegio La Presentación de Nuestra Señora además de ser profesora de apoyo en Educación Primaria en el mismo centro.
