In this article we want to highlight the importance of discovering and knowing the emotions and feelings of each of our students. For this, and based on the awareness and training of the teaching staff, we propose a series of dynamics and structured sessions aimed at providing boys and girls with self-knowledge and self-management tools that allow them to manage their emotions and increase their confidence in themselves. A work of accompaniment and work of the "BEING" from 3 to 18 years.
