Abstract

This article presents five aspects that must be taken into account when designing a soft skills training plan for Ignatian educators. The first two keys refer to clarifications that precede the construction of the plan; keys three and four are principles that reveal the particularity of proposing a soft skills program to Ignatian educators; the last key has practical indications about the activities to include in the plan.
