Abstract

This article presents education as a transformative journey, where each stage of learning is crucial for personal and collective development. Through the metaphor of a journey, concepts such as egalitarian dialogue, cultural intelligence, meaning-making, and solidarity are explored. The importance of collaboration and respect for cultural diversity is emphasized, arguing that true learning lies not only in the acquisition of knowledge but in shared experiences. The work highlights the need to create inclusive educational communities, where dialogue and solidarity are fundamental for mutual growth.
