Abstract

A school develops institutionally because it has managed to involve and commit others in its improvement, as a dynamiser of the school's interpersonal relationships; empowering, sharing and distributing leadership capacity in their respective areas and levels. Leadership is not limited to or centred on one person, it is expanded, distributed or shared among all members of the school. In this way, teacher professional development is promoted.
