The article highlights the importance of leadership based on values to promote human development in schools, promoting the creation of more cohesive educational communities that learn from their own experience. Working with the Hall-Tonna model allows aligning actions and behaviors with shared values, in this way leadership strengthens institutional identity and commits all members who participate in the school.
