Abstract

In this article we analyze the criteria established by Saint Ignatius of Loyola towards the over time sustainability for the organization he founded in 1540, the Society of Jesus. We look for an adaptation of these criteria to organizations of today, even though we live in a lay and plural context. We see it as an applied work of current Ignatian leadership.
