J.G. Hamann and the question of nihilism

This paper analyzes the elements of the Hamann´s metacritic of the Enlightenment that allow to locate in his philosophy the birth of the contemporary form that present the question of nihilism. Manifest essentially in the treatment that he implements to the image of false or inverted silenus, with the purpouse of denouncing the irrationality of the dogmatism in certain absolute conception of reason, that leads to a false philosophy.
