The purpose of this article is to analyze the main notions that Wittgenstein made in this transition process. The unresolved question is then how Wittgenstein structure their new view of language. To give an answer, in the beginning of the article a brief observation on the eagerness of crystalline purity that, somehow, the plan was to set the tone in the philosophy of the Tractatus logico-philosophicus will work. Then, from the controversial notion of meaning as use, the principal elements of the new design language of the later Wittgenstein, namely be addressed: the defining criteria, language games, forms of life and family resemblances. Finally, the relationship that this new conception of language has with the rules and with the fact of following a rule is analyzed.
