The theme of «New horizons of ethical economics in neuroscience time» is intermingled with what is now commonly understood as natural sciences, social sciences and humanities (or human sciences, and the sciences of the spirit [Geisteswissenschaften]), all of them under the new technological imperative (impelling even to consider science in general as technoscience). In this context of our time, we feel in a special way the predominance of economics, which has become incarnated in the processes of globalization. Our historical horizon is not easy to feel that the economy and ethics are linked together. The most common thing is to raise suspicions, both by professionals and citizens.
