Abstract

In Side Effects, a film, not entirely successful, by S. Soderbergh,  portrays the contours of a sick society and a falsely happy world are reflected unequivocally and even brilliantly, which with its chemical cocktails leads its members to abandonment, loneliness, frustration and doom.
