COP25: An Urgent Warning to all the People on this Planet

Four years after the signing of the Paris Agreement and the promulgation of the encyclical Laudato si’ by Pope Francis, the challenge of global warming continues to constitute an existential threat to the future of humanity. This article synthesizes the main findings of recent IPCC reports focusing on the effects of the various predictions of climate change in the Mediterranean. It also contextualizes the development of the COP25 held in Madrid last December 2019 calling for concerted and decisive action by all actors in our society.Downloads
