Abstract

The exhibition of Murillo and Justino de Neve held at Prado this summer has been a fantastic occasion to bring us closer to the Seville artist. The exhibition covers works with different themes —religious and profane— as well as many different sizes —big, small, even miniature— which shows that Neve’s patronage covered every artistic discipline of Murillo and in the interest of friendship he went beyond professional levels.
