Las fusiones y adquisiciones empresariales vistas por los mercados de capitales: un panorama sobre la creación de valor para los accionistas

Resumen


En este trabajo se presenta un panorama de los principales estudios empíricos que han analizado la rentabilidad anormal que obtienen las empresas implicadas en procesos de fusión o adquisición. En concreto, se sistematizan los principales resultados alcanzados en la literatura previa, señalando las oportunidades de investigación que surgen asociadas a los resultados no concluyentes.
