Among the innovations introduced in the new regulations we find the creation of Commercial Courts. These are specialised jurisdictional organs within civil jurisdiction that already appear in the State Pact for Justice Reform. The universal nature of bankruptcy justifies the existence of such courts, whereby matters of particular importance as regards the debtor’s assets can be dealt with through a single judicial organ.
