Abstract

This article deals with the importance of school as an institution which plays an essential role in legitimating the process of social construction of the differences which are attributed to pupils from non EU countries. Some of the circumstances linked to the incorporation of these students are also analyzed in the everyday context of the school as they are sometimes conceptualized by it as a factor of distortion of the educational process.
