Jesuit education must respond to today’s social changes. To this end, a pedagogical model is proposed in which the transmission of knowledge is transformed. The aim is for students to internalise the values of freedom, justice and selfless service to others; to this end, the guidance and example set by teachers are essential in educational institutions, as they play a key role in helping students discover their identity and social commitment.
