The educational leadership as a key factor for educational renewal in schools

Abstract

Being a leader means teaching a range of skills and qualities, but also the cooperation of all education professionals from the Director himself, to the Management Team, including teachers and counsellors, they all contribute to the center’s quality and its goal is to train students.

The pedagogical leadership must be shared and not attributed only to a single person, if not this competition is downloaded to other levels and finally the direction being just a mere administrative fee. All professionals, including student’s family must collaborate and share leadership to accomplish the ultimate goal to provide optimal training of students.
