The new Bankruptcy Law is tougher on the administrators of the company as the latter are clearly placed in a position of objective liability, by enabling direct sequestration of the assets of the administrators and liquidators of fact and law, at a very early stage in the proceedings. Instances of criminal deception and fraud are covered by the Penal Code and there is no need to place the company administrators under constant suspicion.
