Procesos psicológicos en la dinámica de la reconciliación

El objetivo de este trabajo es, en primer lugar, definir los conceptos que desde la psicología se mantienen de perdón y reconciliación y revisar las principales diferencias entre ambos, para pasar más adelante a revisar los aspectos psicológicos implicados en la reconciliación. Para ello, se revisan las propuestas de procesos psicológicos de reconciliación en distintos contextos (en conflictos de identidad, en problemas pareja, en problemas en el lugar de trabajo y en parejas divorciadas) y se analizan los factores comunes en todos ellos. Se identifican como comunes a todas las intervenciones los procesos cognitivos y conductuales, quedando abierta la cuestión sobre el papel que juegan los procesos emocionales en la reconciliación.
