Psychotherapy and Family: an Existential and Person-Centered Perspective

This paper aims at establishing the existential-phenomenological dimensions of humanistic therapeutic work with the family, specifically the application of Carl Rogers’ person-centered therapy. Furthermore, it presents a review of the contribution of philosophers such as Gabriel Marcel and Emmanuel Levinas to the Rogerian therapeutic approach.References
