Technical and institutional improvement of social services

This paper shows a selection of criteria and proposals related to the reform of public policies for social services in Spain. They are connected with technical issues within that area of social welfare, with legal and institutional aspects and financial and administrative management. The background of this paper must be mentioned: 1) it is based on the work coordinated by the Seminar on Social Policies and Intervention in regard to the Law 39/2006 for personal autonomy and care for dependent people; 2) it is a transcription with a few amendments of a document that was adopted and published by the Seminar.Downloads
