The author analyzes the role that quality and innovation in organizationsand Social Service providers in the current context of strong financial and economiccrisis. Discusses some of the most common difficulties that can be foundin deploying systems of quality management and innovation, pointing to a verybrief summary of some ideas, methods and strategies for addressing these difficulties.
