At the present time, the University is experiencing important changes, mainly in relation to its paper within the Knowledge Society. In the future the university institution will be developed in several different scenarios. It is necessary to recover a masterful idea on the University characterized by the integration of knowledge and the harmony among the diverse university functions: teaching, research, cultural formation and professional training. The learning of the competencies will have to be integrated in the complete personal education. For it, there must be intensified the development of the ethical dimension in the personal and professional education of the students.
