Abstract

The concept of resilience is a term that is having a great reception and development in recent years with in the scientific community in the social sciences and health. This article attempts to highlight the synergies between the professionand / or discipline of Social Work with the concept and process of resilience. Social Work and Resilience, share common theoretical content and professional practice and work commitment for the promotion of skills involving the conductand welfare of the individual to enhance their autonomy in all fields. To support this claim outlines a study conducted with a sample of social workers in assets which analyzes the implementation of the pillars of resilience in professional intervention.
