In this work we study the contemporary history of the Society of Jesus in Zamora since installed a second time in the diocese in 1964. After an initial periodof fifty-six years in the XVIII century and attending teaching projects of spirituality, the Jesuits resumed in the XX century the first of these activities in the form of junior college. According to its charitable teaching character, this institution was designed to allow an education to adolescents in Zamora, mostly from rural andpoor families. Opened with the start of the course in October 1965, this work mainly hosted scholarship students who were distinguished by the Ignatian educational charism of the Jesuits steeped who attended the center for thirty-five years. Due to the lack of religious vocations in the order and modified the original purpose of the center, the Company, as it is known, eliminated the community and junior college closed in summer 2000.Downloads
