The immigration phenomenon constitutes one of the worries of many countries. In the last decades, Spain has encountered one emerging movementin the migratory process. Dealing with the immigrating population proves it self to be difficult and the complexity rises when faced with the irregular immigration. Regulation regarding immigration is needed to achieve quality management.An approach to the Marrocan immigrant population allows us to reflect uponthe rights and circunstances ot this collective.Downloads
