Given the global crisis (for the end of the States and the beginning of the globalvillage), it is a priority to rethink the knowledge categories used to understand theWorld. In this case, the reflection is on social normative, just to show that is notabout legal norms, also it is on ethics norms, among other kind of social rules. Eventhe legal normative is not just a set of principles and rules, there is a subjectivedimension, relating to legal relations. These relations depend on the will level presence, which is under the influence of ethical standards. So, the goal of this article is:a) to denounce of the fallacies in the legal formalism of the State, b) to get the reaffectionwith the political-legal system (stopping the budding social entropy), andc) to offer an appropriate normative paradigm for the Globalization (the Ibero-American humanistic ethics normative system).References
