We’re living through a technological revolution that means an important changein the traditional ways of exploiting human intellect works. New businesses arisearound Intellectual Property not only for right holders but for all the agents involvein the dissemination of the works. In this scenario, with significant, economic interests,the author’s rights are questioned. CEDRO, on behalf of authors and publishers, defend their rights in this new context. Google and his project of digitalisation of millionsof books, is the paradigm of the new business in which the oldest way ofexploitation of literary works and the latest technology join hands for everybody´s benefit.Downloads
