Practices of human resources of high performance, organizational learning, enterprise resultsAbstract
In the present work the existing relation between the practices of human resources of high performance is analyzed, the organizational learning and the enterprise results. The raised hypotheses are resisted on a sample of 195 greater Spanish companies of 200 workers. The results indicate that the systems of human resources of high performance generate an improvement indirect of the enterprise yield, through the organizational learning, although this improvement is not stated of direct form. Therefore, it is possible to be concluded that the practices of management of human resources of high performance by themselves do not constitute a source of competitive advantage, but that it is going to depend on its capacity to stimulate the workers to put in practice its knowledge.
