Los modelos de financiación en Europa. Evidencia empírica del Proyecto BACH

The present paper deals with the questions whether there are two financial models in Europe, derived from the existence of two corporate governance models. The research based on the BACH project shows that there is not a single financial model and the coexistence of the two financial models with the particular characteristics of each country.
