Digital identity on blockchain at national level

This paper describes the fundamentals of asymmetric cryptography needed to understand the concept of blockchain as a sequence of data blocks, and its registry expression, distributed-ledger technology. Some advantages and cases of use of blockchain are exposed thereafter, as smart contracting, digital identity uses, with mention of a foreseen Spanish semipublic blockchain.References
