Icade. Revista de la Facultad de Derecho strives for constant improvement, establishing processes that ensure the quality of the content and integrity of the academic record.

The selection of published articles will be based on the importance, originality and clarity of the research and its relevance to the scope of the journal, and will always be open to new lines of research, including research that challenges previous work published in the journal.

Publishing submission and acceptance dates for articles.

The journal will monitor the work of the reviewers who contribute with the publication. It will develop and maintain an appropriate database of contributors to reflect the journal community.

Likewise, the composition of the Editorial Board shall also reflect that community. The director shall consult Editorial Board about the functioning, evolution, and objectives.

The recommendations of the Comittee on Publications Ethics have been taking in mind to development this code.
