Resumen

Dentro de la literatura de Dirección Estratégica se reconoce la importancia de ciertos recursos intangibles para el logro de una ventaja competitiva sostenible para la empresa. Sin embargo, las propias características de estos recursos intangibles -carácter idiosincrásico, ambigüedad causal, complejidad social y deseconomías de compresión del tiempo- dificultan su gestión. Además existe una categoría de recursos intangibles cuya gestión presenta especial complejidad: el capital intelectual. Setrata de recursos organizativos basados en el conocimiento que tienen una importancia estratégica para la empresa y que no se hayan protegidos legalmente. El objetivo de este trabajo es realizar un análisis ontológico de los recursos intangibles organizativos que no están recogidos en la contabilidad de la empresa ni tampoco están protegidos legalmente (es decir, el capital intelectual) Con este fin se estudiarán los stocks de conocimiento existentes en la organización a nivel individual,nivel de grupo y nivel organizativo.
