En este trabajo se presenta un panorama de los principales estudios empíricos que han analizado la rentabilidad anormal que obtienen las empresas implicadas en procesos de fusión o adquisición. En concreto, se sistematizan los principales resultados alcanzados en la literatura previa, señalando las oportunidades de investigación que surgen asociadas a los resultados no concluyentes.Citas
