Un aspecto de la caja negra de RRHH: el rendimiento en los puestos de trabajo

Resumen

El problema de la “caja negra”, en recursos humanos, hace referencia a los mecanismos subyacentes en la relación positiva entre prácticas de RRHH y rendimiento empresarial. Una de las variables que intermedian esta relación es el rendimiento del personal. Para lograr que los recursos humanos alcancen un alto rendimiento se requiere comprender cómo se rinde en un puesto de trabajo. En el artículo se muestra que el rendimiento es una variable compleja, tanto en lo referente a las conductas que lo explican como al proceso por el que se logran las mismas.
