In the present article we analyse from an interdisciplinary point of view, some aspects that the intercountry adoption has in common with the migrations movements: On the one hand, the construction of the child identity (origin access and interracial and intercultural aspects); On the other, some legal problems show how the international private law must necessarily develop towards new multicultural solutions.
