Building the "garden of Europe 'workers without citizenship and permanent migrants in agriculture in Murcia.
Abstract
This paper deals with the relationships between the labour structure of the agro industrial sector in the region of Murcia (South-East Spain) and the immigration phenomenon. It gives evidence of the structural role played by the immigrant labour force in the production system which makes possible the so called «Europe’s Orchard».
