Training teachers to address diversity

Abstract

Throughout this article it is to share with readers some thoughts on initial and continuing training of teachers in the area diversity in this students. They are, then, a few pages through where you can see some ideas for critical reflection, primarily aimed at teachers, but also parents and university professors who train future teachers.
