Children games and the adult’s role in it

Abstract

This article discusses the adults’ role in children’s play. The privileged observations of parents is illustrated in two studies: the mapuche fantasy play of “Visiting”, in Chili, and the games of a young girl in Libya. Both collected and analyzed by their mothers.
