Abstract

This paper introduces to the Power Games Theory, as a thinking group or school of thought into the New Management Movement, that emerged with Globalization. This school — which combines disciplines, i.e. Economy, Law, Politics, Communication and Social Psychology — offers business diagnosis and solutions for challenges due to changing institutions and relationships environment. The document presents the evolution of this school, both intellectual and bibliographical, and its proposal about a new paradigm on public arena.
