Características del habla materna durante la lectura de un cuento

In the development of child language, the way mothers interact with them is very important. Mothers module and adapt their language to the linguistic level of the child, influencing in the way of acquiring the language. In previous investigations, two styles of maternal speech (accepting and rejecting) have been detected. The objective of the present investigation is to study the mother-child linguistic interaction to check if those styles appear. To do that, 17 records of mother-child interaction have been analysed. How?Reading a book together. The results show the existence of two mother styles in this sample.
