In previous investigations, two styles of maternal speech (accepting and rejecting) have been detected. The objective of the present investigation is to study the mother-child linguistic interaction to check if those styles appear. To do that, 17 records of mother-child interaction have been analysed. How?Reading a book together. The results show the existence of two mother styles in this sample.
