Viaggo nella realtá… La mirada diáfana del cristianismo: Rossellini y Zubiri
Keywords:
Rossellini, Zubiri, Christianism, Diaphanousness, Transcendence.Abstract
This simple research intends to rethink what Zubiri understood by Christianity in the light of the intuition that moved him all through his life, that is, the character of diaphanousness (transcendence). And such diaphanousness is shown in Rossellini’s movies; this film producer allows us to understand the thought of the philosopher on the beautiful Christian experience. Before understanding matters such as theological, religious, philosophical, aesthetics, etc., since his early years Zubiri understood that being a Christian was something deeply linked to the vision, the light, and the visibility in which we all are by the mere fact that we are men and thus we apprehend things as real. And from this luminous character that filters everything and that is shaped in the cinema and Rossellini’s images, we can then think about religation and the presence of the Christian mystery focused on Christ.
