This article presents a comparative study about values that six teams of therapists within the Proyecto Hombre organization have been working on and which has provided them with a training experience in personal and organizational development of model values (Hall-Tonna). This study set out two aims. Firstly, to train the team of therapists in the Hall-Tonna model based on experience and reflection about the own values. Secondly, to consider the possibilities of these values as a support in the process of institutional decision-making. The idea is to align the values of people with those of the organization and thus to create a collaboration which would increase the efficiency within the institutions by encouraging personal evolvement.
