Abstract

In science there is no ultimate truth. There is no scientific reason to affirm or deny the existence of God. The reality of God has nothing to do with science because the universe does not show the existence of a deity. Thus, scientific knowledge is compatible with the idea of a pure world as with a religious alternative where God seems silent and hidden. Consequently, everyone is free to choose a theistic or atheist existential approach to the world.

Author Biography

Manuel Béjar Gallego

Doctor en filosofía y master en física teórica. Profesor de ciencias en el centro educativo CNS-Recuerdo (Madrid) y colaborador de la cátedra CTR (Universidad de Comillas).  Investiga en filosofía de la física sobre la naturaleza física de la conciencia y las implicaciones metafísicas de la física teórica. Es autor de artículos de investigación y divulgación sobre esta temática y ha impartido conferencias en congresos internacionales. Dispone de una plataforma digital de innovación pedagógica denominada mbejarweb. En la actualidad trabaja para el departamento de innovación, formación y programación del CNSR.
