It stands to reason that any educational profession is meant to be a work of people with people and, because of this, it is flooded with permanent interpersonal relations that, at some point, generate sweet, insipid and bitter brushes with somebody. These situations have to be solved and managed adequately to be able to have good work climate and cohabitation. The empathy, which is one of the basic competences in terms of relationships, is the most powerful source of influence that teachers have handy to get ready and prepare striking interventions that end up having a great impact on the student, an impact which leads to a change.Downloads
