Abstract

Miguel Ángel Santos Guerra is a professor of Didactics and School Organization and director of the research group in the area of Humanities of the Andalusian government. He also holds a diploma in Psychology and Cinematography and is the author of more than thirty books and dozens of articles. He explains that evaluation must be sensitive to all ethical and social dimensions, he is also concerned that teachers consider it fair to evaluate all students in the same way. He believes that routines are a burden on institutions and that these routines lack flexibility. He also opposes the hierarchies of educational systems, types of schools and students.
